Recruitment Training Productions Limited (the "Company") owns and operates the RecruitmentTraining.co.uk web site (located at http://www.RecruitmentTraining.co.uk) together with all of the other RecruitmentTraining.co.uk web sites as listed at (http://www.RecruitmentTraining.co.uk) (together the "RecruitmentTraining.co.uk web sites").

These Terms & Conditions apply to the users of the RecruitmentTraining.co.uk web sites.  The Company also provides video hosting, online video access, training, consultancy and other services to third parties (the "3rd Party Services"), subscribers to these "3rd Party Services" will be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Recruitment Training Productions Limited ('Recruitment Training') is a specialist training provider and its videos/training services are designed to teach best practice in recruitment sales. However, clients should be aware that different employment laws apply in different territories and legislation, is constantly changing.

Recruitment Training is unable to offer any guarantees that the examples used in the videos/other training offerings comply with current law and consequently clients should always bear in mind domestic legislation relating to employment and discrimination etc. If you are in any doubt as to the lawfulness of any of the recruitment practices highlighted in these offerings, for example, the selection criteria for candidates, you should obtain specialist legal advice.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on the RecruitmentTraining.co.uk web sites. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of the latest Terms and Conditions.
