"How to Excel as a Recruiter" now counts 25% towards REC Continual Professional Development.

We are delighted to announce that REC members working towards their CPD hours can now accumulate up to five hours towards the necessary twenty hours by watching our critically acclaimed DVD & online video training series "How to Excel as a Recruiter" (either 6 DVDs or 6 from the total of the 20 sessions in our members' area).

The REC conducted an in-depth review of the "How to Excel as a Recruiter" to assess its value as a training and development tool.

Judith Armatage, the REC's Director of Professional Development, said that the video training sessions "mirror the REC's thinking in terms of best practice and are full of up-to-date recruitment sales techniques."

As a result of the review, REC members can complete 25% of their CPD requirement by watching the series on either DVD or online and completing the accompanying workbooks.

As Judith said "How to Excel as a Recruiter is an excellent way for consultants to improve their skills" - a sentiment we wholeheartedly agree with!
