Salary Range
C£38,000 - 48,000
basic - up to £70,000 OTE including performance related
bonuses. |

Responsibilities |

Working
in-house with our clients –
SuperBiller™
Partnership
-
Deliver in-house classroom training, one to one coaching
& remote support for specific accounts
-
Developing training materials and evaluation tools both
on and off line to support the bespoke training
initiatives
-
Develop webinars and other remote training systems in
line with client requirements to support the increasing
need for remote training
-
Free reign to source, develop and deliver cutting edge
training solutions to enhance our offering in the
marketplace
-
Post-training implementation and accountability of
agreed learning actions after training

Use and develop measurement tools to demonstrate ROI
-
Capture case studies and testimonials of success
-
Develop client relationships, spot and create new
opportunities
-
Ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction of
personal accounts
Business development
- Aided by our sales & marketing teams; win, through
creating excellent bespoke packages for the clients,
develop and manage c 10-12 accounts generating a minimum
of £250,000 worth of annual revenue.

Writing Training Needs Analysis reports for clients and
working with the client on an ongoing basis to design
and deliver bespoke training programmes.
Training & development of our own staff to enhance business
development

Induction and ongoing development training for our own
staff.

Attending business development meetings with new
salespeople.

At-the-desk coaching for new salespeople.
-
Critiquing recorded sales calls for new and experienced
sales staff.
Content development

Most Important Requirements
Positive attitude, excellent communicator with superb
knowledge of recruitment and a proven track record of
delivering recruitment training that gets results. Flexible,
prepared to try anything ethical if it improves business
performance. Willingness to travel and do what it takes to
get the job done.
Essential Skills/Experience – IE cannot do the job without these

Superb knowledge of recruitment;
business development, candidate generation, closing etc.

Able to create instant credibility to
delegates of our training courses via track record
and/or personality.

Able to prepare TNA’s
and proposals to a high level.

Can write training
materials, handouts and assessment criteria.

Proven training
experience within the recruitment industry, or a
recruiter with a desire to develop other recruiters.

Positive attitude – hungry for
success and will do what it takes to achieve it

Articulate with good written English
and superb attention to detail.

Truly cares about client satisfaction
– builds relationships.

Very hardworking – exceeds targets.

Ideally worked as a recruiter/recruitment manager.

Ideally billed over £250,000 in a
single year as a recruiter at some point in your career.
